Beck and Andre narrowly escape being hit during an involuntary game of Rocks.
Rocks is a dangerous game that the prisoners of Yerba insisted on playing in Locked Up. By the looks of it, the point of Rocks is to throw large rocks at other people. It is the Yerbanian version of Boomba, which involves the harder version of rocks instead of oranges.
There are many ways to play Rocks. The simple way is to try hit others with rocks. Anywhere typically would do. The main point is to hit the other player. Then there is Rocks advanced. Rocks advanced involves the main limbs of legs, torso, arms, head. Points become higher when the head is hit. Rocks extreme is often only played in Yerbanian prisons. The aim to Rocks extreme is very specific to the certain body parts. For example, the groin area is high points earners. But there is also high points in smaller limbs, such as pinkie fingers and small toes, ears, if they can somehow bounce it off the wall and hit them the points are automatically doubled. The recipient of rocks wins if they manage to avoid 5 rocks hits in a row, however Yerbanian prisons don't use this rule, and just target the new prisoners with the rocks and tell them they cannot win.
A simple village version of Rocks is played in the annual Yerbanian Summer Parade, where rounds of rocks are played. The winner recieves a prize of a black cat named Salem. There are normal rocks versions, however the PC Yerbanians created a game of rocks for children where they use plush rocks, made of wool. Some kids wet these rocks with milk to have more of an impact, and slam them against walls to make a thud whenever they try to intimidate the other children to get back at the Yerbanian stuffed rocks rules at the Yerbanian Summer Parade.
Incidents of Rocks games gone wrong are high stakes in Yerba. The chancellor of Yerba himself lost his eye in a game of Rocks, which half blinded him until Tori Vegas shoe entered his eyeball. Even though it was not on purpose.
When the prisoners threw rocks at Beck and André, André yelled "We told y'all we didn't wanna play Rocks!", implying that the prisoners asked if they wanted to play Rocks, but don't always listen to the other 'players'.
When the lady prisoners asked Tori if she wanted to play Rocks, Tori said "Uh.. okay," not knowing what Rocks was. It is possible that Tori got hurt playing Rocks with the prisoners.
